Customers with warranty extension part numbers SE5003I-PS (2 Year Extended Warranty for notebooks with 1 year standard warranty) and SE5003I-PED (2 Year Extended Warranty for Education sector and Institutions) should NOT register online, but should instead call our Warranty Registration line on 0844 847 8944 (UK) or 01 248 248 (Republic of Ireland) and select Option 5 and then Option 2. The Warranty Registration line is open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Please ensure that you have the following items ready before you call us as we will not be able to activate your extended warranty without this information: your laptop serial number, laptop purchase date, your warranty extension part number and agreement / certificate number and your proof of purchase.

If you purchased one of Toshiba's other services. You should have received a confirmation via email, containing your specific certificate numbers for the services purchased.
These certificate numbers are unique and need to be registered against the Toshiba computer to which they apply. If they are not registered then your computer will not be covered by the service.
