For customers using PCs on which "WinDVD BD for TOSHIBA" Version 8 is pre-installed:

Some movies produced in Blu-ray format will have problems when played on models configured with "WinDVD BD for Toshiba" version 8. We are working with software developers to make a solution available to our customers as quickly as possible.
